362 Entertainment knows that it all starts with a song. We have designed this event to be an organic, no agenda getaway for songwriters to get together and share their creativity.

Checkin: Anytime on the 10th
(please let Sarah know what time you will be arriving)
Dinner will be provided on the 10th, Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the 11th and Breakfast on the 12th.
Your $100 dollars includes everything from when you get there until you leave. (meals, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Please feel free to bring your drink of choice.) There will be shuttles available from the Austin Bergstrom airport if needed (shuttle included in ticket price). Please let Sarah Fleshner know in advance if needed.
We have 25 spots available on a first come basis. If the event is sold out and you still wish to come, please contact Sarah.
362 Entertainment will not take any credit for songs written at the retreat.
There is a studio on site with an engineer available upon request.
Upright piano on site available for use. There will be a few guitars but please feel free to bring your instruments!
This is a very large house with a separate Barndominium located on 9 acres in the Texas Hill Country. All guests will have full access to the entire property! We only ask that you treat this home with the utmost respect.
If you are flying in for this event, this will be the closest airport.
About the house
Large modern home & barndominium w/ 20' swim spa & hot tub. Located in the Texas Hill Country near the best destinations. Full private bath in ALL 4 BR's of the main house. Close to multiple wineries & breweries, Hamilton Pool & Reimers Ranch State Park. Spectacular views & starry nights. Only 30min to downtown Austin.
The space
One of the best things about this place is how secluded you are. The property is located on a ridge that overlooks Reimers Ranch State Park which has virtually no development. This makes the light pollution very low and the skies extremely starry at night. The elevation makes the temperatures 10-15 degrees lower than in the city.
